About the Service

Tayang provides data and analytics on the Indonesian film industry — films, cinemas, and estimated admissions — for informational purposes. The Service is provided “as is”.

Estimates, not official figures

Admissions figures and derived metrics are estimates, modeled from public sources and our own observation. They are not official distributor or exhibitor figures and must not be the sole basis for commercial or investment decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account’s security and the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Prohibited use

You may not disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or harvest data at scale (scraping) without our written consent.

Intellectual property

Tayang’s branding, design, and data compilations are ours. Ratings and reviews you submit remain yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tayang is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service or reliance on the data within it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
